Bangunan yang didanai oleh UNOPS (United Nation for Project Services) yang difungsikan untuk tempat sharing knowledge tropical peatland restoration. Bagunan ini dibuat pada lahan gambut yang telah berhasil direstorasi selama kurang lebih 10 tahun setelah mengalami kebakaran hebat.

Milestones of the Research Station

  • In 2008, the area was totally damage by peat fire.
  • This site area is about 3 ha.
  • This time line shows the “on the track peatland restoration efforts” in the site.
  • Peatland restoration is not an instant process.
  • Now, efforts for upscaling.
