CPDS Activities on Videos
Monitoring GWL on 66 dipwells, vegetation, and soil properties at Sungai Tohor Village, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia, Since 2018-now. In collaboration with IPB University, University of Maryland, and NASA.
Soil sampling at pristine peatland, palm oil plantation area, industrial forest, and after-fire area, in Riau. In collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. 2020-2021.
Ground breaking a facility for knowledge sharing on tropical restoration at Tanjung Leban Village, Bandar Laksamana District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, 2021. The facility is funded by UNOPS (United Nation Organization for Project Services) at the restored area after 2008 big peat fire.
CPDS (PSB) in collaboration with CIFOR (Center for International Forest Research) and SEDAGHO does action research participatory on farming without burning, peatland restoration, and fire prevention in Siak Regency, Riau Province.
